Deposit’s

All Stays must be pre-paid in full at the time of booking a reservation. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. No American Express

Cancelation Policy

All cancellations are charged a fee of 10% of the reservation amount and must be made at least twenty-one days prior to arrival.

In the twenty-one days immediately prior to arrival the full reservation cost is NON-REFUNDABLE, and no changes are permitted to the reservation. No credits or refunds will be given for early departures or no shows.

Please let us know if you need to make a change to your reservation. There is “no” fee for changing, but if your change results in a credit to your credit card, there will be a 10% cancelation fee assessed on the credit amount.

Because of credit card regulations, all cancellations for reservations within two weeks of arrival must be received in writing. You may reply to this email. Please be sure to note your confirmation number and your name. If you have booked through an on-line reservation service (i.e., Expedia, Hotels.com, Booking.com, etc.), you will need to cancel directly through that service. They will then notify us in writing of your cancellation.

For group reservations (eight rooms or more), advance notice of six weeks is required for multiple cancellations or changes to the reservations.

If in the event both the ferry and flights are canceled, you will receive a refund for that DAY. If the ferry is canceled and flights are running no refund will be issued for that day and you will still be responsible for honoring your full reservation.

Check-In/Check Out

Check in time is 3:30pm.

If your room is ready early, you may check-in early. For late arrivals or special accommodation please contact the property.

We will put a $150 hold on each room on your reservation for any incidentals.

Only the person whose name is on the reservation will be allowed to check in. You must be 18 to check-in to your room.

Checkout is at 11:00am.

Please return your keys to the Front Desk upon checkout.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate late check-out requests. Luggage storage is available at our front desk.

Damage and/or Theft of Hotel Property

You are liable for any damage caused (whether by deliberate, negligent, or reckless act) to the room(s), hotel’s premises or property caused by you or any person in your party, while staying

at the hotel during your stay.

Noise Complaints/Parties

The Atlantic Inn enforces quiet hours from 11pm – 8am to ensure our guests peace and comfort. No parties, loud disturbances and/or noise-nuisances are allowed or tolerated on the property. In the event of a disturbance, you may be asked to leave the hotel without refund or assessed a Guest Compensation Disturbance Fee.

Parking & Bikes

There is free parking available for all our guests at The Atlantic Inn. There are two outdoor bike racks available. Unfortunately, we do not have any indoor bike storage available. Fire Marshall regulations prohibit bringing bicycles into your rooms or in the hallways and this is strictly enforced. We do suggest that you bring a lock with you.

Lost and Found Policy

The Atlantic Inn assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings. If you discover that you have left behind something of value to you, please call us immediately 401-466-5883 or email office at info@atlanticinn.com and we will try to assist you in locating your lost item.

The Atlantic Inn is not responsible for any item left behind by a guest, this includes luggage left in the lobby. However, any item, with the exception of perishable items, left behind by our guests and found after departure by Housekeeping will be collected, logged in, and kept in a secure location for collection, by management for up to fourteen (14) days. Reasonable effort will be made to notify the guest that an item has been found. Perishable items, underwear, and miscellaneous toiletries are discarded.

Pets

Sorry, pets and support animals are not allowed in any of our hotel rooms. Service animals are permitted as required by law. The Atlantic Inn will apply a $500 cleaning fee to any guest room that violates this policy.

Room Keys

You are responsible to return your keys to the staff at the Front Desk upon check out. If you fail to return your keys, a charge of $50/key will be placed on your credit card on file.

Smoking

There is no smoking (including e-cigarettes) allowed on property. Candles, incense, essential oils (diffusing, vaporizing, etc.) are prohibited. Guests or members of the public who breach the policy will be asked to stop smoking and if they fail to comply will be asked to leave the premises. A $500 fee will be charged to the credit card on file for any violation of this policy.
